Limited Warranty

This Limited Warranty was conceptualised by our US Parent company to give true peace of mind for our valued customers who have truly benefitted from using our Original products. It is offered to purchasers from this website and also purchasers from our physical dealers in Malaysia. Only electronic components are covered.

We warrant that your product will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for the full 180days post purchase.

Limited Warranty Fine Details

1) Encapsulates all electronic products sold on this website (cartridges are not electronic) and only electronic damages that originates from manufacturing.
2) Void if technicians or 3rd parties other than from this website were to fix or alter the electronic products.
3) Void if excessive physical or water damage is apparent from improper handling. Note: Kindly keep your device safe from dropping on a hard surface or falling into pools of water. Does not cover Platinum E-Liquid bottles.
4) Can be used to replace maximum 3 electronic pieces on any given order in a lifetime and is non-transferrable.
5) Void if product used other than that for which it was originally intended (i.e. the use of unapproved accessories, such as non-original chargers or power adapters)

Warranty Claim Steps:

1) Live chat or mail to care@v2cigs.com.my regarding your issues.
2) Our customer care consultants will help you solve your issues remotely.
3) If remote troubleshooting fails, then the customer care consultants will email you an e-warranty form. Print, write in the necessary details and post it back with the failed part to us.
4) Once a part is received, we will confirm the problem and ship to you a brand new unit via premium next-day courier.
